Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and 3 years related experience.
Job Description:
To provide the technical skills and expertise required in developing and maintaining computer operating system software of the most complex nature.
Job Duties:
- Analyzes existing and projected operating and application system procedures including studies of the interaction of several Software Systems to ascertain feasibility and performance.
- Performs implementation and administration for assigned Software Systems. Evaluates and modifies existing components of the computer operating and application systems as directed. Develop and execute validation plans for compliance projects.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Assessments.
- Administrate application, users, and provide user training. Assist with user projects where required.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.
Administration – 40%
- Perform monthly testing and administration tasks.
- Assist with the development of and review of policy, procedures, and security documents.
- Attend weekly Consortium meetings.
- Plan and coordinate upgrades to Test and Production platforms as recommended by the vendor.
End User Support – 60%
- Review and approve user requests for access to applications.
- Review and approve new project requests.
- Review and approvd updates to Production projects.
- Assist users to develop effective data collection workflows in support of clinical studies or operational support project requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, PHP, API’s
- Knowledge of research functions, including study design, development, implementation, and analysis/reporting.
