We are hiring at Cascade Software for a Sales Executive to join our growing team in North America!

Cascade Software Systems (an Aspire Software company) is a government agency's leading cost accounting technology provider. Successfully operating since 1990, Cascade has achieved deep penetration in its target customer base in the West Coast USA region.

Cascade is hiring a Sales Executive (remote) who works directly with existing and potential clients to seek out sales opportunities and work actively leads to boost top-line revenues, grow the customer base and increase client satisfaction.

The Sales Executive plays a critical role in the sales of our corporate Operational Technology SaaS solutions. The successful candidate will be ambitious and have a proven track record of developing a strong pipeline, surpassing sales targets, and generating net new recurring revenue by engaging with key decision-makers and building trusted relationships with new potential customers.

Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. The successful candidate will be based anywhere in the US, working in a remote work model!

What your day will look like:

  • Actively communicate with sales leads generated from website downloads, sales emails, live chat sessions and product demo requests to qualify the sales lead, discover their needs and offer products and services that will match best with the need
  • Fully comprehend the value proposition of our Operational Technology products in order to qualify, schedule, and perform effective product sales demonstrations that are tailored to the needs of the client
  • Exceed sales quota and KPIs
  • Analyze sales trends, identify market changes, products and service deficiencies in product lines and react appropriately to increase sales
  • Manage opportunities with timely and accurate notes, tasks, and documentation to effectively communicate the status of a client record in the pipeline
  • Provide accurate forward-looking forecasts through pipeline analysis

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience in a related industry
  • Minimum 2-4 years in quota quota-carrying Sales role
  • Software sales, SaaS sales experience is highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical
  • Ability to deliver presentations to live audiences both in person and online
  • Fluent in English is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
