Compensation Plan:

Salary PLUS Monthly Commissions, Quarterly Bonuses, Presidents Trip

Overview

Responsible for selling Reliable Office Solutions portfolio of software-based solutions and services ranging from document management (secure archiving, capture, distribution & digital forms creation), output management (tracking, document security, cost control and analytics) along with professional labor associated to deployments. Must demonstrate technical and investigative abilities to create, develop and close new business and align themselves as a value-added resource, and trusted advisor/consultant to our internal Sales Team.

Responsibilities

  • Local travel required (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary). The territory consists of NY metro area and NJ. ROS headquarters -Staten Island office.

  • Experience in software, technology, business to business consulting, outside sales experience, a must.

  • Strong working knowledge of Consultative Sales associated to Document Management/Scanning applications, document/departmental/vertical driven workflows, Output Management Solutions

  • Ability to meet Monthly/Quarterly Sales Quota’s

  • Reports on customer/prospecting activity to management, identifying: customer requirements, closing situations, competitive trends, and changing environments.

  • Establishes high level relationships with customer base that will enhance long-term working partnerships.

  • Develop new market share through strategic prospecting (phone calls / in person cold calling and ability to meet customer requirements by utilizing all resources available efficiently.

  • An interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.

  • The ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills.

  • Understanding of Information Technology systems and terminology.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications, with the ability to adapt one's communication style to External Customers, Internal Sales Leadership, Internal Sales Reps.

  • Superb personal organizational skills and attention to detail.

** Desired: Supported 3rd Party Software Expertise/Certifications (ex. Output Management: Canons uniFLOW, PaperCut, Printer Logic, Kofax Printix etc. / Document Management: Docuware, Sq9 GlobalSearch, Kofax AutoStore or comparable/ Document Capture/Distribution: IRIS Extract/Powerscan, Kofax eCopy Sharescan etc.).
