Qualification
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, software engineering or computer science
Experience
- Over 3 years' experience of SW quality relative jobs in Automotive/Electrical industrial.
- Knowledge of system and software engineering processes
- Knowledge of quality management methodology
- Knowledge of V model and agile development methodology
- Good understanding on CMMI or Automotive SPICE, real experience will be preferred
Specific Knowledge
- Experience in Problem Solving practices
- Good Data analysis ability
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good Data analysis ability
