Form of workWe are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 QA Analyst to join our development team in Bend, Oregon. In this role your primary responsibility will be to evaluate company software through automated QA processes to ensure development solutions meet our company's business requirements and conform to functional design and organizational quality standards. You will work closely with the development team and internal subject matter experts (SME) to define and create test cases utilizing the Microsoft Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT) for our Dynamics 365 ERP platform. Ensuring proper test coverage with RSAT across all critical business functions and developing scripts to further automate test scenarios from integrations.
Wage Range: Base of $85,000 - $105,000 with additional Opportunity for Business Objective Bonus.

In this role you will also:
- Configure and maintain detailed test plans using RSAT and other QA automation tools.
- Build and maintain test environments and test data as needed.
- Maintain accurate test logs on all performed tests and related results.
- Monitor build pipelines for regression failures, create detailed defect reports and follow up on identified defects through complete resolution.
- Conduct back-end testing using SQL queries to inspect the underlying data.
- Assist developers in the diagnosis and replication of product defects and failures.
- Work cooperatively with others on a team to share information, resolve conflicts, and make decisions.
- Understand overall business mission, vision, and direction to ensure the design, development and implementation of solutions are aligned and meet business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and design specifications and participate in product review meetings to provide identified suggestions and feedback.
- Assist helpdesk in managing bugs and identify regression test plan gaps to prevent future production issues.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
- ERP software testing experience, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
- Experience with the Agile software development life cycle and automated software testing methodologies and tooling.
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines in relation to Dynamics 365.
- Ability to read X++, C#, and JavaScript
