Software Project Manager
Description
Quidient is seeking a Project Manager for our software development team. You will have experience in a software development environment as the main driver of ensuring efficiency. You will be a quick thinker with excellent time-management skills, and strong collaborative skills. This position is full-time, hybrid, and reports to Quidient’s Director of Software Engineering and CTO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent
- Three or more years of professional project administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience organizing, planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating work assignments to meet project milestones or established completion dates
- Experience owning and utilizing project planning and tracking software such as Notion and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Meet Quidient, customer, and government security requirements, which may include, but are not limited to a background check, citizenship verification, and Criminal Justice Information Services verification
- Live within easy commuting distance of our Technology Center in Columbia, Maryland
Preferences
- Experience with Agile, ScrumMaster, and/or DevOps
- Experience with 3D technologies such as AR, VR, or XR
- Experience writing software.
- Military experience.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $84,600 -$135,300. Quidient benefits currently include Health Insurance, 401K plan, basic life insurance, long-term disability insurance, supplemental insurance, Holidays, and Paid Time Off (PTO). Title, bonuses, equity, allowances, and benefits commensurate with education, experience, and other qualifications.
