The Software Program Manager will report into the Head of Digital Transformation for Services. This role will provide cross-functional leadership for the delivery and deployment of digital solutions using an Agile solution delivery process. The Software Program Manager will interface cross functionally with Service Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Software Engineering, Finance, as well as outside partners and vendors. This role requires experience with end-to-end new product program releases and a passion for delivering customer solutions using an Agile approach.
Responsibilities:
Lead the cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality launches
Manage schedule, budget, scope, and risks for digital transformation programs
Manage and influence stakeholder and cross-functional team expectations about solution delivery and scope
Collaborate with external customers and partner with vendors as required by the program
Leverage Fortive Business System tools to implement visual and daily management and appropriate standard work
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project/program metrics to track and report on program performance
Implement and improve Agile processes and tools
Create a positive environment including open, honest communication and a clear path to raise risks and issues
Required:
2+ years Software Program Management experience
5+ years Software Project Management experience
Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk of projects
Experience in Agile product development
Experience managing multiple programs concurrently
- Experience collaborating and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communications
Change agent who is a positive organizational influence
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other engineering degree
Preferred:
PMP Certification
Experience with MS Dynamics implementation
Experience leading digital transformation programs
Working knowledge of JIRA, Miro, and MS Teams

National: The salary range for this position is $79700 - $147900
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
