The Software Marketing Technology Manager is a skilled collaborator and technical expert who will oversee the marketing website for Zeigo.com an emerging software product suite and lead the expansion of the Zeigo marketing team's tech stack. The ideal candidate will lead the Zeigo team overall in evaluating new tools and systems to enhance the software user journey while maintaining and improving the marketing website and SEO efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and creative individual to join a highly engaged team within the rewarding and rapidly changing market space of sustainability, decarbonization and renewable energy. This is a new position within the Sustainability Business group inside Schneider Electric and there is the opportunity for the right candidate to shape the role
Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Leadership: Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and systems to optimize the digital marketing funnel and improve conversion rates on Zeigo.com. Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, including advancements in SEO, content marketing, and Marketing Technology. Provide leadership and recommendations for the marketing team, setting clear objectives and pathways for a successful digital presence.
  • Digital User Journey Focus: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Zeigo product, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure the Zeigo.com aligns with company goals and customer needs while delivering a seamless and measurable user journey. Ensure the user journey is measurable to help identify ways to improve experience, reduce friction and shorten time to user acquisition.
  • Website and Search Engine Improvement: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to Zeigo.com. Manage website content, ensuring all content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines and the user experience. Collaborate with the technology & development teams to optimize website uptime, update website infrastructure, and adopt new applications and plug-ins when necessary.
  • Measurement and Insights: Monitor Zeigo.com web analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Track the user journey and explore ways to optimize using analytics tools and systems appropriate for the task. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, website analytics tools and marketing automation to continuously improve our customers' digital experience.

Essential skills, qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, website management and tech stack adoption.
  • Proven track record of improving website performance and conversion rates with data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using and deploying website analytics tools, SEO tools, and marketing automation & technical platforms.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to provide guidance and recommendations to a marketing team leading integrated digital campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Location: London, Nashville, Louisville, Denver/Boulder, Dallas, Boston
