What You'll Do:
- Play a key role as a Scrum/Agile team member in the design, development, deployment, and support of our Sitecore web solutions
- Deliver high-quality, well-tested code that meets stated requirements and adheres to coding standards and best practices
- Complete assigned sprint tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes, and assist fellow team members as needed to achieve the team's sprint goals
- Be an active, vocal participant in Scrum/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint review, sprint retrospective, backlog grooming
- Be a great teammate! Always demonstrating team-oriented behaviors: respectful, accountable, reliable, good communication, helpful, open minded
What You'll Need
Required Technical Qualifications:
- Professional or school/training project experience developing CMS and/or web applications
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
Preferred Technical Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience with Sitecore CMS development
- 2+ years' experience developing web applications with .NET using C#, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with relational databases. Proficiency with SQL queries
- Experience developing with a JavaScript library/framework, such as React, Angular, Vue
- Experience developing and integrating REST services
- Experience developing with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience using Git-based source code management, and Gitflow or similar branching model
- Knowledge of software design patterns and coding best practices
- Experience working in a team environment using Scrum or other Agile methodology
- Experience with agile software project tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira
