We are looking for Software Engineer Interns with Java, web service, and some relational database experience. Your responsibilities include integrating with different financial institutions and 3rd party systems as well as supporting and maintaining mission-critical business applications (CRM, ERP) and homebrew apps and scripts connected to them. You will also assume responsibility for program analysis, coding, testing, and implementing applications. Qualifications
- You have graduated or will graduate in the year 2023 with a computer science or relevant engineering degree.
- Able to work full time (40 hours a week) for 3 months. At the end of 3 months, you will have the opportunity to be hired as a full-time employee**.
- You are able to demonstrate Software Engineering experience from a previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications.
- Be able to identify problem statements, outline optimal solutions, and account for tradeoffs and edge cases.
- Experience coding in an industry-standard language, such as Java, C++, Python or JavaScript
- Knowledge or experience with spring boot, spring batch, SQL database, or cloud technologies (AWS or GCP) is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment.
- Interested in working for the Financial industry.
Responsibilities:
- You will be fully embedded into one of our development teams and work on various technical challenges.
- Drive improvements to our backend data and application software that gives our customer’s best experiences.
- Build tools to improve the data quality, data integration, performance, QA, and operations.
- Working with the business team, be able to finalize the requirements and convert them to the software language
- During your internship, you will have a dedicated mentor and manager to help you along the way.

- $25.00 per hour
