The Anrok platform connects to a customer's various billing and payment systems and automates sales tax end-to-end.
- Monitoring where they have tax obligations, based on where their employees and customers are.
- Streamlining registering for sales tax across the many places they operate
- Reconciling balances across their accounting and billing stacks.
- Filing and remitting taxes due to various governments.
We have raised over $24M at a valuation north of $100M from Sequoia Capital and Index Ventures who co-led both our seed and A rounds. We have assembled a world-class team with employees in San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Houston, and beyond.
As a full-stack Software Engineer on the team, you will have the opportunity to work with customers to understand their needs, architect novel product experiences, and shape company culture. You are someone who cares about building impactful products and is excited to work on simplifying complex problems.. We work primarily in TypeScript and React, but prior experience is not required.
In this role, you will:
- Scope, design, and build product features that are clear, rigorous, and flexible enough to deal with changing regulations.
- Work with our in-house tax and legal experts to derive business logic and translate it into code.
- Partner with our internal operations team to automate the most impactful things, allowing us to accomplish more with less.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers on the team.
