We are looking for candidates in either the Dayton Ohio/Wright Patterson AFB area or the Oklahoma City/Tinker AFB area.
In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively on Agile teams and can complete user stories independently with minimal oversight and guidance.
- Develop and manage development tasks using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contributes to acceptance/functional testing duties and part of incremental feature development.
- Adhere to, promote, and maintain development and testing standards and best practices
- Assist development/test teams in activities with acceptance testing, load testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as required.
- Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- US Citizenship
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of experience
- The ability to obtain a NACI
- PHP (non-framework) experience
- HTML5/CSS3 experience
- Oracle and PL/SQL experience
- Javascript experience
- 2+ years of Agile experience (including the Atlassian suite)
- Ability to Travel up to 10%
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
- Jira, Confluence, and Git or Git-based tools (e.g., Bitbucket).
