Experience developing a public facing cloud app at scale, where you gained expertise in all aspects of the Web SDLC from design & implementation to deployment and operationsStrong knowledge of industry best practices for such applicationsStrong JavaScript proficiencyExperience with modern Front End frameworks like React and Redux are important as this position leans more heavily Front End than Back EndExperience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web and mobileAmazon Web Services expertise is a bonusBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field, or commensurate work experience and knowledgeStrong verbal, written, and organizational skillsStrong leadership experience: Leading meetings, presenting, technical go to person, and cross-functional leaderBuilding strong teams - set and evangelize vision, facilitative leadership, attract and retain key talentStrong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and distributed systemsExperience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
