Well, look no further! WebCreek is currently seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test with over six years of experience, and excellent English communication skills. This role offers a 100% remote position in Latin America.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications.
• Break down solutions into tests that optimize coverage and manage risks.
• Develop highly trustworthy and relevant test automation.
• Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionalities.
• Assess and advise on the testability of user stories, including acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, and the definition of done.

What You Have

Must Have:

• Minimum 6+ years of QA experience, encompassing both Functional and Automation testing.
• Demonstrated ability in end-to-end functional automation using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Experience in Testing applications native to the Azure cloud.
• Proficiency in automating integration tests for Serverless using Azure resources.
• In-depth understanding of API testing, including API automation with Postman (Manual Testing), Xunit, C#, and Rest Sharp (Auto. Testing), as well as graphQLClient.
• Proficiency in both MySQL and MSSQL database testing.
• Exposure to data pipelines and Data Lake.
• Experience with at least one of the DevOps and CI/CD pipeline tools (ADO, Jenkins, Bamboo, Harness, etc.).
• Strong background in repository and version control systems, e.g., BitBucket, GitHub, Git bash.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile (Scrum) Software Development methodology.
• Requires deep expertise in the function and a broad understanding of other functions.
• Offers guidance within the area of expertise and may contribute to the development of the organization’s functional strategy.
• Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus

Nice to have:

• Experience with CosmosClient for Data Ingestion.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases, particularly GraphQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
