That’s our vision at PhilanthPro Solutions LLC, an exciting startup dedicated to empowering people to confidently plan and manage charitable funds with our innovative software application. We are seeking a highly motivated individual ready to thoroughly learn and support our software application. This individual will be based in Palm Springs, California. Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- A high aptitude for learning new software programs or previous software support experience.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Well-developed troubleshooting skills and ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Provides phone, web, or email software support to resolve client inquiries and problems which are easily solved.
- Responsibly communicates with all parties involved in issue resolution to meet and manage client expectations.
- Uses PhilanthPro Solutions LLC’s CRM system to create, track, and/or update details on the specifics of client issue(s).
- Submit client issues to the development team for resolution as needed.
- Performs Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
- Analyzes results to ensure that software performs as required.
- May create or enhance documentation throughout the support process.
- Commits to expanding technological skills and knowledge of PhilanthPro Solutions LLC’s products.
- Assisting with new user software installation and training.
- Familiarity with financial planning concepts is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm PT
Work Location: Remote within the Palm Spring area, with limited requirement for in person work at the Palm Springs location.
