Necessary Skills:
Technical Skills:
Proficient understanding in Microsoft Windows Server administration and security best practices.
Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of SQL Server configuration and scripting.
Working knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with application installation processes and best practices.
Ability to troubleshoot application installation and deployment issues.
Experience with integrating disparate systems using web services and APIs is a plus.
Knowledge of networking – DHCP/Static IP; Hardware connectivity
Working knowledge of security best practices for API integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot API integration issues and resolve connectivity problems.
Software Specific Skills:
Microsoft Office 365
A plus: AutoTask and/or Azure DevOps.
Basic understanding of various bank core systems like Jack Henry or Payments One – a plus.
Non-Technical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Project management experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Complimentary Skills:
Experience or understanding of Azure Cloud – a plus.
Understanding of different authentication and authorization protocols – a plus.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills as they will interact with various stakeholders including IT teams, business users, and management.
Customer facing role.
Familiarity with the financial industry and its regulations would be beneficial.
EXPERIENCE
Nearly 2-3 years of previous experience in installation and configuration of HW and SW components.
Previous experience in project management,
Preferably coming from production and R&D context in digital and printing sector.a plus
EDUCATION
B.S. in Software Engineering, or equivalent
