Hiring 5 Customer Service Agents to support a third-party, soft collections company in Las Vegas!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer inbound calls from individuals who need to pay off their credit card and personal loans, etc. No metric is measured on money collected, but they do just want candidates who can negotiate and help their client. Not a typical collections environment.
  • This position is much more about supporting the customers who are working to get the debt resolved. Agents need to be very empathetic and compassionate towards these individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years in Collections or 3+ years in Call Centers
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Type 40 WPM - will complete a typing test

SCHEDULE: Hybrid

  • 3 days in office/2 remote
  • Must be available to work an 8 hour shift M-F between 6am-5pm

PAY: $23/hr + room for growth and advancement

START DATE: March 4th
