Form of workOur Mental Health Clinic seeks a full time licensed Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor Psychotherapist. - Excellent position for an experienced psychotherapist in our OMH licensed outpatient clinic
- Conducts biopsychosocial assessments.
- Employs appropriate therapeutic interventions (CBT and/or Psychodynamic) to achieve treatment goals through a variety of modalities such as individual, couple, family and group treatment on a short term, or long-term basis.
- Provides services in person and through telehealth.
- Collaborates on behalf of the client with other disciplines within the treatment team, department, and agency as well as with community agencies and resources..
- Consistently meets service levels and ensures highest quality level of care.
- Documents client treatment and services via Electronic Health Record system
- Responsible for maintaining the privacy of patient, client or protected member health information.
- Collegial environment
- Will consider advanced LMSW or LMHC-P
Licenses & Certifications
Required
- LCSW or
- LMHC
Skills
Preferred
- BiLingual (Spanish) preferred
- Skills: CBT, DBT, EMDR, and/or Psychodynamic
