Description
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Provide counseling, support, and advocacy services to individuals, families, and communities.
- Coordinate with other professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive services and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- State licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and cultural competence.
- Experience in social work or a related field preferred.
