Form of workEvolve Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Social Worker for an immediate opportunity supporting a patients in Long Beach area medical center. The selected candidate will provide 8 hour day shift support for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of one to two years hospital discharge planning experience.
- Valid CA LCSW/LSW
- Masters of Social Work required
- Valid AHA BLS card
- Covid vaccination with booster or notarized exemption
- Experience in working with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (i.e., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, mental health, disability, chronic illness, etc.).
Compensation: Negotiable
- Weekly compensation
- Debit card pay plan available
