Overview: Social Worker Ardmore
The Social Worker is responsible for providing services to terminally ill patient in their residences; under physician orders. The Social Worker assists in meeting the psychosocial needs of the patient and his/her caregivers, enabling patients to achieve optimal level of comfort. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values and Mercy Service Standards.

Overview: Social Worker Ardmore
The Social Worker is responsible for providing services to terminally ill patient in their residences; under physician orders. Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of one years experience in a health care setting with Hospice experience preferred.
- Required Education: Bachelors degree in Social Work required.

- Other: Experience with issues related to bereavement and the terminally ill patient preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills; Good organizational skills. Must be a licensed driver. Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Has basic computer skills as well as a working knowledge of Windows, Word and Outlook.
