$1,000 Signing Bonus to successful applicant. Position available to be part of the person-centered planning team to assist in the coordination and provision of service for children who have a severe emotional disturbance. Responsible for assessment, plan development, linking, coordinating, advocacy, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work with current Michigan social work licensure, along with experience providing services to children who experience a severe emotional disturbance. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license and availability of reliable transportation for outreach work.

Pay: $45,128.00 - $56,775.00 per year
