Full Time Social Skills Therapist
Details:

● Full time
● 12 month position

Requirements:
● 2+ years of experience providing Social Skills intervention and leading Social Skills groups
● Must be knowledgeable and well versed with social-emotional curricula
● Credentials : Speech-Language Pathologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Occupational

Therapist

Position Responsibilities:
● Group Leader

• Lead weekly social skill group classes (~8 students)
• Develop customized lesson plans
• Update notes on student progress and performance
• Send summary emails
• Content development: Research and develop plans for new Social Skills lessons
• Communicate with parents, related professionals and other team members regarding student goals and progress, on an ongoing basis
• Conduct parent-teacher phone conferences
• Responsive to emails and phone calls within 36-48 hours

● School based interventions

• In-school push-in sessions
• In-school class workshops
• Coordinate & lead professional development trainings

● Outreach - schedule phone calls or zooms with at least 8 people a week, send emails with program details and curriculum

● Plan & lead bootcamp
● Perform other duties as assigned

● Provide individual therapy

Compensation & Benefits:
● Health insurance benefits after 90 days of full-time employment, at a shared cost
● 401(k) contribution after 90 days of full-time employment

● 4 - 5 weeks paid vacation, plus additional paid days off for federal and other holiday observances

● Opportunities for additional compensation

• Day time boot camps when schools are closed
• $50/hour for the first week of any individual/push in cases

● 12-month salary of $80 - 90k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
