Incumbent for this position will work closely with the behavioral health outpatient treatment team. Providing stepdown resources, Assessment, Referral, and Consultation Services, housed in the Day Treatment Program. This role can be fast paced but we always have fun together and try to laugh every day.

- FTE: Full time
- Shift: 40/hrs, M-F 8:00 to 4:30pm. Opportunities to work remotely at times.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (degree will be verified).
- Current State of Utah licensure as a Social Services Worker.
- Computer skills (email, word processing, and spreadsheets).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent face to face, phone, and triage skills
- Spanish speaking
