Established and growing Social Security Disability Law firm seeking a legal professional to handle the growing caseload. We are looking for an individual passionate about helping the disabled.
Position: Assist attorney and firm administrator with completing paperwork, letter writing, and customer service. Assist with case development. Additionally, advise and educate clients, and prepare them for hearings. Handle hearings and appeals up to the Appeals Council level.
Special skills wanted: Computer proficiency, superb communication skills, reliable attendance, solid letter writing skills, and a good grasp of proper grammar/punctuation. Candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must handle clients and potential clients with different backgrounds and personalities. Prior Social Security Disability experience is a huge plus. A college degree is a plus, but not required.
