Social Media/Sales Support Representative/Part Time

Full Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-driven, Sales Support Representative for our Plaucheville Corporate Office Location. As a Sales Support Representative, you will:

• Provide ongoing, behind-the-scenes administrative support, working directly with sales team.
• Process orders daily, keep files up to date and organized daily.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive customer service culture.
• Marketing & Social Media experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to effectively build rapport with both internal and external customers.
• Must have a positive attitude and the ability to function both independently and in a team setting.
• Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Must have strong general computer skills, including MS Outlook and Excel.
• Must be proficient with MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, assign effective priorities to tasks, and operate with a certain level of autonomy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.

Available to work scheduled work shift. Part Time

• Experience and Education:
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.
