Social Media Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create engaging and relevant content for various Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, topics, and conversations relevant to our industry
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment across Social Media platforms
- Optimize Social Media profiles and posts for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for Social Media posts
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Skills:
- Proven experience in managing Social Media platforms and executing successful Social Media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of content creation principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and strategies
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
- Familiarity with Social Media marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.33 - $24.48 per hour
