As we ramp up for the Kickstarter campaign of our upcoming game, "The Fourth Sense Evolution: Stone Age," we seek a Social Media Manager with a flair for Social Media and content creation, particularly on TikTok. This role is perfect for those who excel at generating engaging and creative content to connect with various audiences.

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in devising and implementing our content strategy across multiple platforms, with a special emphasis on TikTok. Your primary goal will be to produce captivating content that boosts awareness and engagement for our Kickstarter campaign. This remote, part-time contractor position offers flexibility and focuses on creativity and a structured work approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearheaded creative content strategies for TikTok, alongside YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram, to bolster our Kickstarter campaign.

Craft original, engaging content reflecting our brand's voice and campaign objectives.

Stay abreast of Social Media trends to enhance content performance through strategic insights.

Collaborate with the team on innovative marketing concepts.

Engage actively with our community across platforms to encourage positive interactions and feedback.

Analyze and report on content performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal engagement.

Required Skills:

Proficient in Social Media platforms, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.

Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas engagingly and clearly.

Creativity and openness to innovative thinking.

A process-oriented mindset focused on continual improvement and experimentation.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Desirable Qualities:

A passion for gaming and knowledge of the Kickstarter platform.

Compensation and Hours:

This position offers $14 per hour as a 1099 contractor, reflecting part-time involvement with negotiable hours based on the contractor's availability and project demands.
