Job Overview:
The Part-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager position serves as an essential creative within the Eleven 17 ‘Ohana. This highly motivated team member thinks big picture and executes projects to the smallest details. The candidate for this position can take an idea from concept to completion while adhering to client goals and branding guidelines. This role is responsible for the development of professional quality graphic assets for a variety of marketing, Social Media and communication purposes. Projects range from creating ad campaigns, logo creation, website comps, and Social Media graphics, and managing client's Social Media platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven conceptual and design abilities.
- Highly proficient in Adobe CC (PS, AI, ID).
- Highly proficient in Social Media Platforms.
- Able to execute ideas across integrated platforms
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong ability to focus on accuracy, attention-to-detail, and timeliness.
- Ability to learn additional computer software as needed.
- Ability to work independently and diligently.
- Ability to work with demanding and changing deadlines and priorities.
- Able to work with Executive Management and Account Managers on a regular basis.
- Able to perform under general direction and supervision, and also accept critique of work and requests for changes
- Must have superior verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, project management, and multitasking skills.
- Keen interest in Social Media, strategy, and illustration.
- Must have prior experience managing a Social Media business account.
Responsibilities:
- Creating monthly Social Media content calendars for clients across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter).
- Develop social strategy to ensure it aligns with marketing objectives with the Account Manager for each client.
- Assist in tracking analytics and key KPIs across all social platforms.
- Assist in editing short form videos for Social Media (Reels, Tiktoks).
- Curate content from content library for social calendars.
- Community management for social accounts if needed.
- Account management for Social Media retainer clients if needed.
- Create Social Media graphics, layouts, and brand standards.
- Contribute new ideas, POVs and creative design solutions.
- Stay current with the industry, emerging digital mediums, trends, and pop culture.
- Provides graphic design support and assists Principle Designer to complete quality deliverables for Eleven 17 clients.
- Collaborate with clients and partners to generate and execute ideas from initial concept to final product. .
- Communicate effectively with the client point of contact and their respective team members via email, text, call, etc.
- Downloading, Uploading, and sending content/files to and from dropbox from clients and or creatives.
- Should also be detail oriented with the ability to work across departments and divisions and build/maintain strong working relationships.
- Able to coordinate multiple projects and conceptualize, design and produce marketing materials in multi-media platforms.
- Attending weekly team and client meetings.
Working Hours/Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-5pm HST in-office.
16 Hours a week.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
