- This role is required to be in the office 4 days per week at our Buckhead location.

- Community Management: Own day to day community management program to build emotional connections and relationships with customers and fans - 30%
- Focus on driving community growth and reach across all social platforms by creatively and proactively engaging with consumers in our communities. (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter) in addition to user generated content found through social listening on Dash Hudson + Simply Measured
- Own surprise and delight program - Responsible for communication, packaging, and shipping all 'surprise and delight' swag, and any subsequent follow-up needed
- Build social community by engaging with key moments and fostering relationships with key creators and members of our communities
- Adept in social listening and responding to real time marketing trends
- Content Planning + Development - 30%
- Schedule, post and QA all Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter content
- Responsible for planning, scheduling, publishing and monitoring monthly content calendars based on trends and performance
- Partner with creative teams to develop unique, native content for social and brand activation support, ensuring weekly and monthly assets are delivered on time
- Brand Activation Support - 30%
- Partner with the Brand Marketing, Creative & Ecomm Marketing to execute cross-functional brand campaigns (content series, sweepstakes, influencer marketing and events) including strategic planning, content development, publishing and reporting
- Reporting & Analysis - 10%
- Responsible for reporting on all community management and surprise & delight performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

- Strong written, verbal, and communication skills with a knack for online culture a must.
- Posting to Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and all things Social Media make you excited
- Passion for identifying new trends in Social Media and staying up to date on the latest platform updates and offerings.
- You're a self-starter who is interested in identifying and creating your own projects while working well with a team
- Superior project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat)
- Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting priorities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts and provide constructive feedback.
- Resourceful and solution oriented.
- Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adept at crisis management.
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree related to Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)
