My Fit Foods is a results based company that delivers meal prep, education, accountability, and results to people seeking to live a healthier lifestyle. We currently operate out of Houston, Denver, & Portland and are focused on becoming a nationwide brand. The company is currently operating as a start up and we’re in growth mode.

Our ideal hire is fitness and business oriented, communicative, can develop strong relationships quickly, and doesn’t have to be asked twice to get a job done, and wants to work hard in a start-up atmosphere. We also need someone who has great organizational skills, is results oriented, and has basic video/editing/photography skills with an iPhone. This role may require travel between several locations in different states.

My Fit Foods is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's Social Media strategy, managing our Social Media presence, and driving engagement with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to shape our brand's online persona and play a key role in expanding our digital footprint. You will be working directly with our Owner/CEO, his executive assistant, and our current Social Media Manager. We are looking for a 4th person to join this dream team :)

This isn’t “just” a Social Media role. Our ideal hire will help shape My Fit Foods into being a household name. They will grow with the company and take on more business responsibilities as they learn more about the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media strategy aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
  • Responsible for daily posting and scheduling on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter and Pinterest.
  • Develop and forecast growth strategies
  • Manage day-to-day Social Media activities, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the online community.
  • Monitor Social Media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Manage partnerships with businesses & brand ambassadors
  • Be adept at maximizing views/followers by knowing trends and how to most effectively and efficiently distribute content.
  • Analyze Social Media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Make daily recommendations to and work closely with our marketing team
  • Work alongside the CEO, his Executive Assistant, & current SMM to assist in growing the business

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a Social Media role
  • 2+ years in a leadership / managerial / operations role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful Social Media strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent creative and content creation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Additional Info:

  • Different Work Locations: Mix of retail stores and in office workplace
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 45 hours/week
