Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with publishing Social Media content across multiple platforms, natively and through publishing software.
- Assist with cleaning up data in Sprinklr.
- Help with reporting and data analytics for monthly and campaign reporting.
- Help manage and monitoring Social Media inbox and provide store social support.
- Assist with Sprinklr training and preparing training documentations.
- Assist with content production and project management coordination as needed.
- Assist with brand moderation/community engagement as needed.
- Review content for brand adherence and accuracy.
- Participate in the ideation and brainstorming of creative.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps support Social Media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Prepare various reports as assigned.
- Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years previous related work experience preferred.
- Understanding of Social Media platforms is required.
- Experience working in Sprinklr or other Social Media management systems is helpful.
- Experience working with project management software, such as Monday.com is helpful.
Physical Requirements:
- Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
- Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 10 pounds of force to move objects as well as perform sedentary work.
