Social Media Content Creator

- Tell the story of our companies, products, teams, and customers through videography and photography
- Engage our target audiences to become leads by shooting engaging Social Media videos and photo content
- Voice your strategic ideas for helping four companies grow through your creativity and experience in digital social marketing
- Collaborate with team members, customers, & dealers to create exciting content for our Social Media channels and engage targeted communities/audiences
- Create, place, & manage branded posts for Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Travel to dealers and customers in our region to gather fresh videos & photos for inspiring stories and digital content
- Create data reports to present to the CMO that lead toward expanding the activity on our digital platforms
- Keep channel strategy plans consistent and in support of our brand goals & objectives
- Generate, post, manage, and maintain the content calendars for all our Social Media communities
- Work consistent, full-time hours in-office or in the field, 40-45 hours/week, 8 AM to 5 PM

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team – someone with solid photography and videography skills and the ability to make our Social Media posts exciting & interactive and gain followers while scheduling and managing the Social Media Content calendar, plus digital Social Media strategy experience. If you have experience with photography & videography, managing Social Media Content, and are excited to use your expertise in sharing our innovative, high-quality outdoor products to get families to enjoy the outdoors, please consider applying for this position.
Our Ideal Social Media Content Creator:
- Experience: 3-5 years of client-facing exciting Social Media posts and organizational management with strategy experience, a solid command of Social Media channels, and coordinating & scheduling photo shoots are a must. A Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, videography, film, public relations, marketing, graphic design, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: An understanding of SEO and pay-per-click campaigns is a plus but not required; experienced at capturing images or quick videos to use on media platforms. The specific requirements for sizing and limitations for each Social Media channel.
- Customer-Oriented: Passionate about capturing our customers' stories and love of our products and going above & beyond expectations; loves staying current on trends to provide the best counsel and strategy.
- Organized & Adaptable: Ability to adapt styles based on demographics, platform roles, and brand objectives. Self-motivated and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Willing to Travel: Able to travel locally to get our clients' stories filmed and photographed. Possibility to travel regionally for more significant brand stories.
- Self-Starter: Committed to taking responsibility & ownership for your work; ambitious & hardworking, a go-getter willing to work to produce quality content.
- Active: Able to lift 25 pounds, bend, stand, and kneel while shooting videos and taking pictures.
- Computer Skills: Able to learn new technology quickly, someone who is tech-savvy; understands Adobe Photoshop, video editing software, and various Social Media platforms to post content & troubleshoot any issues.

- $65,000-75,000. Depending on Experience
