- Reporting to the Harlot Partner overseeing the digital sector, the Social Media Associate is responsible for maintaining all digital content including website content, managing all Social Media channels, managing brand content assets, and assisting with events based off client needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all Social Media Platforms including but not limited to The Meta Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Keep track of changes within Social Media platforms and stay on top of latest trends.
- Works with the Harlot Partner overseeing the digital sector, to create and execute a bespoke Social Strategy for clients.
- Create custom Social Ideation Decks for clients and potential new clients.
- Create monthly Social Ideation Calendars, outlining content themes, campaigns, and promotions to ensure a consistent and strategic online presence.
- Schedule approved content and posts in real-time when required for clients.
- Content Creation: Utilizes Canva and other third-party programs to create engaging custom content.
- Utilize Canva and other third-party programs/apps to assist in executing content.
- Maintain brand consistency: ensure each client’s content remains consistent across all platforms and digital channels and aligns with their brand look and feel.
- Design and develop Social Media templates that can be customized for each client, creating a cohesive brand aesthetic while allowing for local adaptations.
- Gather content: work closely with onsite teams to gather content, including events, testimonials, and relevant news/media to share across Social Media platforms.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within our Harlot team and within our client’s team, to ensure alignment on branding, messaging, and content strategies.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze Social Media metrics, providing insight and recommendations to optimize performance and engagement.
