Social Media Assistant

$17.00/hour

Part-time, 20-25 hours per week

2-3 days in the office in Lehi, UT

Looking for a pleasant, fast, doer with strong technical, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Throughput, organization, and speed are a must.

Responsibilities

• Creating up to 150 Social Media posts per week including choosing stock pictures, designing graphics, and writing content for a specified book of clients
• Proofread and provide quality assurance for team member’s posts
• Have strong attention to detail of account notes with client preferences, styles, and brand
• Work alongside the Social Media Team to provide a quality product for all clients and continually improve processes
• General administrative tasks as needed to maintain notes, documents, or folders used in your role
• Attend team meetings to brainstorm new and creative Social Media post ideas in the dental field

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in administrative - office experience
• High school diploma or GED
• A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
• Exceptional computer skills
• Google platform proficiency
• Type 50+ WPM
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
• Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience on a Mac
• Experience with Excel or Google Equivalent
• Experience with Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
• Experience in Canva
