The Social & Content Manager will support the creation of digital/physical content, the ongoing management of various brand digital/social channels, and various brand marketing programs in line with organizational and marketing strategic initiatives for the Climbing Kites brand.

Job Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Production
- General marketing/programming support (25%) – Content marketing (75%)
- Monthly Digital Data Reporting & Metrics
- Photography and videography, in support of digital content strategy and production (Website content, emails, IG Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Event photography and videography as directed by Brand Manager
- Point person for production and distribution of internal communications/videos
- Marketing content calendar management
- Timely capture (and gather/share/post) of regular IG/FB Stories content for Social Media across brand and location pages
- Support in-bound messaging and customer service response (Facebook, Google My Business, Instagram DMs, Twitter DMs, etc.)
Work Environment
This position operates out of a hospitality/beverage production environment. The position will be a mix of onsite and o-site.

This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and expected work of 40+ hours a week. Based on the nature of the business, some night and weekends may be required for events and travel.
Travel
Travel is an expectation for this position based on the needs of brand engagement and capturing content. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required for this role.
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior marketing and Content management experience preferred
21+ Years of Age
Proven content production ability
Fluent understanding of online channels and coordination to guest experience
Beverage and/or THC product experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Oce Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite
