We offer a fantastic work environment, competitive wages, and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match of up to 4% of your compensation.POSITION SUMMARY:Responsibilities include giving leadership, direction, and supervision to children in a full-day sports camp setting for ages 5-12 years. Employee will be Leading the group in organized activities and focusing on the safety, enjoyment, and positive relationships of each child. Familiarity in Basketball, Soccer, and/or Flag Football preferred.IMPORTANT DATES:Camp starts on June 6th and runs through July 19th.Training starts the week prior.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:$17.55-$18.45 hourly, based on relevant experience to the role.Complimentary club membership.Discounts on club products and services.QUALIFICATIONS:Strong background in sports and athletes.Experience playing and/or teaching assigned sports program in a similar environment.Position requires both adult and pediatric First Aid/CPR CertificationHigh School Diploma Preferred.Experience supervising children.Ability to visually observe children and to physically intervene when the safety of a child could be compromised.Ability to physically move with children through a wide variety of indoor and outdoor program settings and activities.
