We are seeking a highly organized and experienced House Manager to LIVE-IN and oversee the daily operations of the women's Sober Living that is in association with our Medical Detox. The House Manager will be responsible for managing clients, coordinating schedules to and from the detox facility, and ensuring the smooth running of the household. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and experience in substance abuse and sobriety in general.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee patients that are staying in our Sober Living
- Coordinate and assist with getting them to and from detox treatment each day
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the property
- Manage household budgets and expenses
- Handle correspondence, updates, and communication related to household operations
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance as needed
- Act as a point of contact for patients living in the house
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a House Manager or behavioral health tech.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and residents
- Conflict management abilities to handle any issues that may arise within the household
- Familiarity with case management principles and practices
- Previous experience supervising clients in recovery
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and safety protocols
- Certification in first aid is preferred
