Located in the beautiful Lake Tahoe area, steps away from some of the best ski resorts and beaches in America, Aramark's Zephyr Cove Resort strives to provide our guests with best-in-class service and we are looking for dedicated team members to help us make every guest experience memorable. For this role, we are seeking experienced SnowCat drivers to assist with grooming and maintaining a vast network of snow trails. This role is perfect for safety-minded individuals who are comfortable operating heavy equipment and want to ensure the best possible snow surface for our guests as they embark on guided snowmobile tours.
Job Responsibilities

Qualifications
• 2-5 years of heavy equipment experience required.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Previous experience as a Snow Groomer preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in the random drug/alcohol testing pool
• Must have the ability to work independently, using sound judgement, with limited supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and alternate shifts.
• Equipment Used: Company Vehicle, Walkie-Talkie, Hand Truck, Computer, Hand Truck, Photocopier, Printer, Telephone,
• Travel Requirements: Little or no travel required (less than 10%)
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Responsibilities
- Operate snow grooming equipment, including SnowCats and other pieces of towable equipment, in order to detail and groom trails.
- Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all safety standards and regulations.
- Perform and document daily equipment inspection and general equipment maintenance.
- Observe trails daily for current conditions and report any issues to management in a timely manner.
- Work in conditions that may involve exposure to extreme elements and temperatures while striving to keep trails open during periods of storms and snowfall.
- Assist team with operational logistics as needed.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
