We are seeking a Snow Area Manager at $30-35 hourly salary to report to the Snow Regional Manager and oversee designated assigned crews. If you have previous experience operating heavy equipment, strong communication skills, thorough attention to detail, a high school diploma or equivalent work experience, at least 5 years experience in snow removal, a chauffeur’s license and/or CDL, ASCA-C, and consider yourself a dedicated forward-thinker, joining TCLA may be the next great step in your career.
In this role, you will:

- Accomplish a feeling of achievement as you operate wheel loaders, backhoes, skid loaders with containment box attachments, snowplows, snowblowers, shovels, and other heavy equipment.
- Communicate efficiently as you work directly with service providers, manage all snow removal crews, determine event start times, and check the quality and productivity of crew members.
- Utilize your excellent administrative skills to fill out event paperwork and Area Manager reports, complete attendance sheets, and approve GoLMN timesheets for crew members.
- Calmly and efficiently conduct pre- and post-season site inspections for all projects.
- Exemplify your strong mechanical knowledge when reporting repairs needed on vehicles and equipment.
- Improve strength by regularly standing and lifting 50 pounds each day.
- Build time management skills as you assign sites, manage bulk site and de-icer ordering, and oversee the preparedness of equipment and personnel.
- Demonstrate your strong leadership skills by excelling in snow-related jobs including plowing and shoveling.
