At Touchmark on South Hill Skilled Nursing, you will be compassionately caring for residents, administering medication, completing treatments, and working alongside our fantastic team of nurses, nurse technicians, and CNAs!
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
- Align with Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
- Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington
- Current CPR card.
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
- Help oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
