Smqt Surveyor - Long Term Care Facilities

Prolink Healthcare is hiring for SMQT Certified Surveyors for Long Term Care Facilities in multiple locations across the state of New York. Position details below: 

Available locations: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, New Rochelle, Long Island, NYC locations available

Start Dates: 2/26, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25

Minimum 13-week contracts - Maximum 5 months with high potential to extend 

Schedule: 40 hours a week Mon-Fri 8a-5p

PAY: $42/hour, $63/OT, $385 Meal Stipend, $2065 Weekly Gross -

Housing, Travel, & Rental Car Provided, Gas Reimbursed

REQUIREMENTS:
•    SMQT Certification (Can accept either 5 digit SMQT Number or Certification Document) 
•    Covid Vaccination - No exemptions or declinations accepted
•    NY State license needed for RN/LPN (Can apply after offer)
