Crew Member Job Description

Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking basic menu items
- Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial for food preparation tasks

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary.
