Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing staff, inventory, sales, and customer relations to ensure a smooth and successful operation.

Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead and motivate our team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order products, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing expert product knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sales and Revenue: Drive sales goals and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure that the shop adheres to all local and state regulations and safety standards.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an appealing, clean and organized store layout, including product displays and signage.
• Training: Train new employees on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a Smoke Shop, Convenience Store or similar industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Smoke Shop products and their usage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with local and state regulations related to our products.
