Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Scan and bag items for customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Process returns and exchanges - Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations Skills: - Basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change - Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members - Ability to sell products or services by highlighting their features and benefits - Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with electronic or technology-related purchases - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities - Excellent customer service skills to create a positive shopping experience for customers - Sales skills to upsell or cross-sell products or services - Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if serving a diverse customer base Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
