Summary of Need:
- Coordinate patient care activities, based on established priorities, including teaching, rounding, counseling, and discharge planning, and direct/delegate appropriately to members of the health care team
- Providing care during the pre/intra/post operative phases of diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures / services
- Creating a culture of nursing excellence and shared governance which will put patients first always
- Collaborate with the Medical Director in developing the plan of care

- Supervision of telemetry-monitored and maintenance exercise classes
- All documentation (daily notes/progress reports) related to patient caseload
- Individual and group patient teaching
- Initial nursing assessments

3 nights per week
