We are seeking SmartPlant (S3D) Designer/Drafters with 2-5 years experience for immediate hire. The Drafter/Designer must be eager to learn new skills to create feasible/practical solutions to challenging design problems. Positions are available in Camden, NJ. Relocation assistance is provided.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
PI&D: Utilizing Smart3D to create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Process Flow diagrams of the components within and supporting the SMR plant with consistent quality and format.
Electrical: Utilizing Smart3D (formerly SmartPlant 3D) to create 3D electrical models of the electrical systems within and supporting the SMR plant, including but not limited to single line diagrams, cable trays & cable tray supports, raceways, lighting, duct banks, cable routing, pull boxes, and embedded conduit.
Piping: Utilizing Smart3D (formerly SmartPlant 3D) to create 3D piping design models within and supporting the SMR plant, including but not limited to equipment layout, pipe routing, pipe support design, maintenance and accessway volumes, etc.
Structural/Concrete: Utilizing Smart3D (formerly SmartPlant 3D) to create 3D structural design models within and supporting the SMR plant, including but not limited to concrete supports, concrete foundations (footings, slabs, etc), structural steel supports (beams, columns, braces, connections), stairs and ladders, piping supports, piping racks, access platforms, walkways, overall buildings, layout drawings, etc.
Database Manager: The SmartPlant 3D Database Manager’s primary responsibility will be the management of the SmartPlant models and database to aid in the development of designs. This will be in accordance with the Design Development group’s project plan and the department’s rigorous QA programs. The S3D [SmartPlant 3D] Database Manager will aid in meeting licensing goals and support resolution of emergent project and technical issues
