Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a SMART Desk Support Specialist for the 2023-2024 season.
Description:
The SMART Desk Support Specialist is a full-time, 12 month support staff position. The SMARTdesk Technician supports the overall operations of the SMARTprogram. This position provides user support along with maintaining inventory, distribution of, and the return of all 1:1 mobile devices and accessories. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: engraving all mobile devices; maintaining engraving; return and replacement records; survey and provide district-wide apps for all mobile devices; provide and review set-up and distribution procedures; and provide user support by "troubleshooting" hardware, network, and software problems.
Qualifications:
Broad knowledge and experience with Destiny, Infinite Campus, FileMaker, and Bookeo. Ability to use Epilog engraving system, Google Suites, Apple Suites, Microsoft Suites, Apple iPad and Apple iOS. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an educational setting with students, faculty, staff, and parents. Desire to help develop and grow the SMARTprogram.
High School Diploma, college training in computer-related classes and one year related experience preferred.
