• Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability

- Qualifications:
- Minimum Baccalaureate Degree
- New York State Teaching Certificate- (TSHH) or (TSLD)
- Speech Language Pathologist Licensed
- Accountability
Accountable to the Supervisor Pre-School Speech Program, Early Childhood Coordinator and indirectly to Executive Director.
3. Responsibilities
- Conduct 30 minute individual and group speech session per student IEP.
- Manage schedule to maximize IEP compliance (i.e., see all students on caseload per schedule)
- Attend meetings with parents, classroom teachers, and school district representatives
- Write quarterly progress reports on progress toward IEP objectives
- Write progress notes for case reviews and special meetings
- Measure learning continuously and document on daily session notes
- Complete PSI modules
- Attend biweekly staff meetings
- Work on special assignments with Program Coordinator (e.g., implementation assistive technology plans, working with augmentative communication systems and devices such as PECS)
- Participates in, and when appropriate, conducts staff training and conference day agenda.
- Maintain full caseload to meet state mandated productivity levels.
- Assist with documentation audits as required.
- Ensure that all documentation related to service delivery is compliant with regulations.
- Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.
