Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Highland. As a School-Based SLP, you will work with students ranging in age from preschool to high school to provide speech and language services in a school setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and/or group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made by students
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
